Regarding venue tickets

Admission ticket purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
    Up to 1 child under the age of 6 may occupy the same seat as their parent or guardian.
    Please purchase a separate ticket for children who require a separate seat.
  • Ticket Limit: limit to 2 tickets per person.
  • General ticket sales may be canceled without prior notice in the event of a sold out venue for any given category.
  • Ticket resale is strictly prohibited, e.g. the use of ticket for commercial sales promotions or other similar activities, etc.
    Ticket validity may be revoked and venue entry may be denied in the event of misuse of ticket purchases, including as noted above.
    In the event of revoked purchases or entry, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including: ticket purchase; travel expenses; etc.
    Ticket resale includes the following: listing or winning bids on auctions; online resale; transactions via unofficial ticket vendors or purchasing agents; transactions with individual resale vendors (e.g. scalpers) or malicious third parties; etc.
  • Electronic ticket application is limited to smartphone only (iPhone or Android devices) and cannot be made using personal computers, tablets, or other devices.
  • The official “LAWSON TICKET” app (free to use) is required to receive electronic tickets.
  • Secondary tickets must be transferred to a second party after the displayed ticket start date.
    The transfer must be successfully completed to the second party, who must register their personal information, to activate ticket validity.
  • All parties must download the official “LAWSON TICKET” app.
  • Ticket transfer cannot be completed by any devices which are not compatible or do not meet the recommended system requirements.

Regarding Concert Light Sticks and Pen Lights

To prevent issues related to concert lighting, the following usage restrictions will be implemented.

Not Permitted

– Any items other than commercially available products, e.g. modified or homemade items, etc.
– Any items exceeding 27 cm in length
– Any items which interfere with the live performance, e.g. excessive brightness; ultra-high brightness lights or glow sticks; etc.
– Any other items deemed inappropriate by the venue staff.

Prohibited Acts

– Any actions which interfere with the viewing experience of other attendees.
– Any actions which may damage venue property, e.g. swinging objects; throwing objects; erratic motions; etc.
* To prevent loss of possessions, exercise caution when holding concert lights, glow sticks, etc.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited at the venue.
In addition, please refrain from bringing any items that may inconvenience to other attendees.

1. Items prohibited from possession or carriage by law, as well as any items likely to result in criminal charges, including but not limited to the following:
– Firearms and swords regulated by the Swords and Firearms Control Law (including non-aluminum replicas).
– Items classified as hazardous materials under the Fire Service Act, e.g. fuel; explosives; incendiary materials; etc.
– Items which violate public order and morals, such as those contravening Article 175 of the Penal Code or the Act on Prohibition of Child Pornography.

2. Vehicles (excluding wheelchairs)
The following items are strictly prohibited within the venue: bicycles; unicycles; scooters; roller skates; inline skates; skateboards; standing electric two-wheeled vehicles; etc.

3. Animals (excluding assistance dogs)
Animals and pets are not permitted inside the venue, excluding the following: assistance dogs; guidance dogs; and hearing dogs.

Cautions during the show

Please adhere the following guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable space for any and all attendees.

1. Venue Staff Instructions

Follow instructions given by venue staff and attendants while inside the venue.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the venue.
Organizer, performers, and other related parties accept no liability for any accidents, equipment damage, or disputes between attendees resulting from failure to follow instructions.
Parties deemed responsible for damage to equipment or other similar incidents caused by ignoring instructions will be held liable for compensation.

2. Prohibited Acts

In order to ensure the safety of attendees and successful operation of the live performance, the following actions are strictly prohibited.

Photography, Audio Recording, and Video Recording:
– Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited within the seating section from initial seating area access until the end of the live performance.
– Possession of equipment used for recording (e.g. DSLR cameras; audio recorders; video cameras; etc.) is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in the compensation of equipment, revoking of ticket validity, and eviction from the venue.
* Photography is permitted in areas outside of the seating section, such as the venue entrance and foyer.

Dangerous Behavior:
– Failure to adhere to attendee lines and queues; changing clothes in restrooms or aisles; occupying space in large groups; swinging or throwing objects; etc.
– Moshing; stage diving; riding on shoulders; throwing objects onto the stage; climbing onto the stage; etc.
– Blocking aisles and passages; pushing or shoving; disturbing noises, cheering, or chanting; loud noises interfering with the live performance; etc.
– Excessive movement, such as: violent waving of hands; swinging arms; arching body backwards; excessive jumping; etc.
– Holding handheld fans, cheering boards, or other similar items above chest height (which may obstruct the view of other attendees).
– Leaving assigned seating or using seats other than assigned seating.

Use of Alcohol
– Entering the venue while under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Venue entry may be denied to attendees who are deemed to be intoxicated.
– Alcoholic beverages will not be sold inside the venue.

Resale of Live Performance Items or Venue Objects
– Resale of items created and used for the live performance, e.g. balloons; confetti; streamers; thrown items; etc.
– Actions related to retrieval of live performance items or venue objects, e.g. leaving assigned seating; entering restricted areas; running through aisles; pushing attendees; etc.

Miscellaneous:
– Waiting for performer arrivals or departures; attempting to meet performers; etc.
– Exchanging or trading items inside the venue.

3. Group Events

For attendees who are interested in organizing or hosting group events (e.g. fan gatherings, etc.), please contact the event office at least seven days prior to the live performance date.
Event requests may be denied in the event of the following: failure to provide advanced notice; inappropriate motives or themes; etc.

4. Venue Entry & Details

Minors under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before attending the live performance.
Identity verification and examination of personal belongings may be conducted upon entry. Admission will be refused in the event of unverified identity or ticket sale. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Event organizers are not responsible or liable in the event of loss or theft inside or outside of the venue. Please manage your personal belongings.
Equipment for the purpose of photography and video footage will be present at the venue. Attendees may appear in media coverage or commercial footage, which may be used for promotional material, etc.
Attendees will be asked to manage their own health and well-being. Please alert a nearby venue staff member in the event of a medical emergency.
Due to a high volume of attendance, venue congestion may occur. Please cooperate with venue staff instruction regarding queuing and movement through the venue.
Visibility of the stage and other aspects of the performance may be limited based on seat location and other factors. Seats may be located in high areas or near steep inclines. Seat selection should be considered before reserving.
Venue regulations may prohibit standing in certain areas. Please adhere to all regulations and instructions in such sections. Requests for seat changes, transfers, or ticket refunds cannot be accommodated after purchasing.
Ticket refunds will not be issued except in the event of performance postponement or cancellation. No refunds will be provided in the event that the performance is cancelled after starting.
Event details, such as performance cancellation, may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances — e.g. natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, etc. — or at the organizer’s discretion.
In the event of any changes or cancellation due to circumstances on the part of the organizers, no refunds will be issued for personal expenses, e.g. accommodation; transportation; etc.
Scheduled event times, including opening and closing of the venue, are subject to change. Please visit the official website for the latest information before attending.

5. Procedures for Violations of Rules & Regulations

Individuals who fail to comply with the aforementioned guidelines may be subject to strict measures, including: expulsion from the venue; banned from attending future performances featuring hololive production; etc.
