We are excited to announce that the “holoplus Lucky Draw” will be held at the venue merch sales for the IRyS 1st Concert “HOPE ||: Beyond the Stars”!
Please be sure to read the following precautions before participating.

Eligibility

・All products available at the venue merch sales are eligible for this campaign.
・Purchases of 6,000 JPY or more (tax included) per transaction are eligible.
*Receipts from multiple transactions cannot be combined. If you wish to purchase both merch and CDs/LPs for this campaign, please purchase them together at the general merch counter.
*Each person may only enter the lucky draw once.
*Even if your purchase exceeds 12,000 JPY in a single transaction, you will only receive one lucky draw entry and a maximum of one prize.
*If the “holoplus Lucky Draw Ticket” handed to you at the time of purchase is lost, or if the content cannot be verified due to significant damage or stains, we may refuse the exchange.

How to Participate

1. Purchase 6,000 JPY or more (tax included) in a single transaction at the venue merch sales. (You will receive one “holoplus Lucky Draw Ticket”.)
2. Scan the “holoplus exclusive QR code” printed on the holoplus Lucky Draw Ticket to navigate to the “[Venue] holoplus Lucky Draw” thread on the holoplus app.
3. Post the “secret word” mentioned in the thread.
4. Immediately after posting, the lucky draw result will be notified within the holoplus app.

Winner Announcement & Prize Redemption

・Prizes cannot be redeemed with just the winning screen. Please ensure you bring both the “winning screen” and the “holoplus Lucky Draw Ticket” received upon purchase” to the “Prize Redemption Booth”.
・Please redeem your prize within the time frame of the sales session during which you made your purchase.
[Pre-Doors Merch Purchasers] Please redeem between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
[Post-Doors Merch Purchasers] Please redeem between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
*For those who purchased at the dedicated CD/LP counter, please redeem your prize within the time frame of your purchase.
*If the prize is not redeemed within the specified time, the winning status will become invalid.
*When redeeming your prize at the Prize Redemption Booth, you must present the actual winning screen on the holoplus app. Screenshots or screen recordings will be considered invalid.
*We do not offer shipping for the prizes.

About the Prize (Poster)

・The campaign will end once all prizes run out.
・If a prize is forgotten to be handed over or has initial defects, please report it to the Prize Redemption Booth on the day of the event (Service hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM). We cannot accommodate requests made on a later date.

Important Notes / Precautions

・Depending on the network conditions at the venue, the app may be difficult to connect. For a smooth redemption process, please install and log in to the holoplus app before arriving at the venue.
・We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the confirmation of application receipt or lucky draw results.
